The bib is a polyester, is lined, and is insulated with polyester. Inseam measures 30 inches, pants outseam measures 42.5 inches, the waist measures 32 inches, and hips measure up to 38 inches. The size tag reads US size 12 (may fit smaller than today's sizes in the waist and hips) and we have given measurements because sizing varies from garment to garment. No belt is included.
