FUNCTIONAL EQUIVALENCE: Please note that over the years Lego has produced some variations in the way they produced certain parts. Similarly, the very early pieces had "Pat Pend" printed on the pieces. As long as these differences do not affect the functioning or construction of the kit, we do NOT pay attention to these differences when assembling kits. So we do not guarantee that the parts used in the kits are the exact same vintage as was used when the kit was originally released. We do, however, guarantee that the parts we use will function in the same way as the originals. CONDITION: All parts are generally in very good to excellent condition. There are no broken or severely discolored pieces. However, condition grading is a matter of judgement and the kits are used unless otherwise stated.
