I wear a US Women's 9 now and these still fit me. Hence the confusion. The interior is stamped UK 6. They have extremely excellent soles and structure. Some scratches, nics, dings, tags - as expected for age and their travels etc. for close to 20 yrs! Rich, black smooth leather with 2" platform soles w/silver double prong buckles, Made in England.
