Instructions only have original creases and are in excellent condition. Stickers applied and in excellent condition. Base plate has some chips in front of the garage doors from active play over the years, as shown in picture. Also includes cutouts of the original cardboard box front and back. Even good parts of old set may show somewhere or minor discoloration. Ships mostly assembled.
