Description: Set of 2 vintage Hummel? or Goebel? decorative porcelain plates are beautifully crafted in Japan and depict a little peasant boy and girl. The boy is shown picking/holding some daisies or coneflowers. The little girl is holding a bouquet of flowers in one hand and an envelope in the other. On the back the plates are marked WARNING~FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSE ONLY~NOT TO BE USED FOR SERVING FOOD. MADE IN JAPAN. They are in very good condition for their age and would make adorable decorative wall hangings. There is a loop on the back of each for hanging purposes. There are no cracks, chips or repairs.
