Description: Tree skirt is in excellent used condition, top looks great only flaw I see is a stain underneath the skirt it feels like glue. A friend who owned a dry cleaner told me how to wash this, so this has been washed and air dried, still has a downy smell. The bottom material has some pilling as pictured.
