MTG Commander Horobi, Death's Wail Deck w/Deck Box and Sleeves EDH

Description: Thank you for your interest in my auction. I am selling the following item: A Custom Horobi, Death's Wail Commander Deck: This is a budget commander deck built around Horobi, Death's Wail. It is for the Commander/EDH format and includes 100 cards. The Commander/EDH format is a singleton format meaning you can have no more than a single copy of any given card other than basic land in the deck. The deck’s commander is Horobi, Death's Wail and the other 99 cards in the deck are in the deck to target opposing creatures using activated abilities or other forms of targeting. Horobi, Death's Wail’s main ability, aside from flying, is listed as follows “Whenever a creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, destroy that creature.” By itself this ability creates a disruptive game state which can ruin many game strategies. Aura decks, Voltron decks, and similar decks will find it impossible to stay in the game whenever your commander is in play. Add to his ability by filling the rest of the deck with targeting abilities and Horobi can just wreck face against any kind of creature-based strategy. Standouts in the deck list include: Revel in Riches, Dark Prophecy, Diabolic Tutor, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Staff of Nin, and Sepulchral Primordial. There are many other cards in the deck that you will find drive the whole strategy of destroying creatures with selective targeting. Creatures: The creatures in the deck include a combination of removal support, pump for your creatures, and creatures that target other creatures. These creatures will hopefully be getting used while your commander is on the board. Cards like Nettling Imp, Scuttlemutt, and Disciple of Tevesh Szat can tap for no cost to target creatures and with your commander in play they will be destroyed. With all the creature killing going on cards like Pawn of Ulamog, Harvester of Souls, and Ogre Slumlord will net you cards or more creatures. Many more cards in the deck provide a benefit from creature destruction or increase the destruction. The rest of the creatures pump your team, get you creatures into play from graveyards or support the deck in other ways. Spells: The deck’s spell support is small and mostly dedicated to tutoring with cards like Diabolic Tutor and Razaketh's Rite. This deck has a creature-based strategy and your capabilities are in the various abilities your creatures possess while controlling the board with your commander’s triggers. Artifacts: The deck’s artifacts are a mix of mana rocks and more targeting abilities. There are a few support cards like Profane Memento, Glaring Spotlight, and Staff of Nin to help engineer wins for you. Remember, you won’t be targeting your own creatures with these cards while your commander is on the field. You won’t need evasion of any kind because you will be targeting and removing opponents creatures before going into combat. Enchantments: The enchantments in the deck are more targeting or some card advantage. The big one in this category is Revel In Riches. This card can win games by itself in a normal game. But inside this shell it can win games very quickly due to the entire deck based around creature removal. So if you like killing stuff, activating abilities, or outright winning with alt win-cons then this deck is for you!
