I’m not an expert on these but I’ll describe as best as possible. There’s a film on the back that appears to be coming off. Some of it is already off. The front shows something in the etching?!?! I don’t know what these dots are or if it can cleaned or removed or if it’s permanent damage? With that said, the buckle is functional!! The issues appear to be simply cosmetic.
