Description: Hi everyone! Up for sale today is a LOT OF 2 VINTAGE GBX BLACK LEATHER BOOTS/ SHOES! I have been a huge fan of GBX shoes for many years and these have been in my collection for quite a while. This lot includes one pair of GBX Street shoes and one pair of San Antonio boots (both are size 8M). As you can see from the photos, some of the shoes have cosmetic flaws and issues that need to be repaired but they are in very good condition for their age and were all lightly worn. The adhesive used to attach the soles tends to dry out over time which has caused the sole to start separating on the San Antonio boots (at the front of one and back of the other one). I always intended to get some adhesive to repair them but just never got around to doing it since I have several similar pairs of these. The only other issue is the common flaking of the leather finish which mostly occurs around the cuffs. I peeled all of it off on the San Antonio boots and that's what I usually end up doing with other pairs I've had over the years. With some simple touch-ups, these shoes will last for many more years of everyday use! I almost exclusively wear vintage GBX boots and shoes since they are incredibly well made, comfortable and hold up so much better than newer shoes.
