Cutting Test, the D2 scored 300.6 mm, far exceeding its closest competition of only 168.8 mm. This knife features an epoxy powder coated full tang D2 steel blade with a HRC hardness rating of 59-60CR that has been flat ground for better edge retention.The knife blade has a partially serrated cutting edge to provide easy cutting through tough materials such as braided nylon rope.
