I normally post before this period is up :) Fed up of sellers sending you damaged / bent models in Jiffy bags or other inadequate packaging? All of my miniatures are individually wrapped in bubble wrap, packed in polyester wool and sent in a strong box to prevent any transit damage. I like to think that I offer an excellent service and as a collector myself, take more care and attention to detail than the average seller. All items may be returned within 14 days as long as they are in the same condition that I sent them in - please message for details if you wish to do this :) IMPORTANT - When purchasing more than one item, please wait for a combined shipping invoice BEFORE paying. eBay charges a 10% fee on the shipping now which they do not refund to the seller if they refund excess postage to the buyer. I do add automatic combined postage discounts to all my listings but they do not always seem to work! I generally do not send items without tracking / insurance as it means that I will not be eligible for seller protection.
