Description: General Radio Gen Rad Model V20 VARIAC Autotransformer 0-135V 20A I've sold many Variacs over the years and this one is the coolest looking in my opinion. It has an oversized knob and scale, a streamlined terminal box cover embossed with the VARIAC logo, and it's black. Fully tested. Unlike lower current models, the V20 has dual brushes for better contact with the winding. There's a spot in the cover where a dent was pushed out (see photos). It's been repaired, but it's not perfect. Note: autotransformers do not provide electrical isolation. If you need isolation, use in combination with an isolation transformer.
