Description: This was a custom costume where we messed up the measurements on our end and so it has never been worn other that to take pictures. The seamstress created a costume with fantastic quality and craftsmanship. This dress is fully lined, built in bra & boning, and flawless paneling, and beautiful thick fabric. This costume was made for a 5’1” petite build. Petite dress 0-2. Waist made to fit 32” but has an extension panel and lace back that extends to 34” waist. Chest is 38 around, but can be tightened with lace back. Dress may be worn with or without bra as it is fully lined and has a built in bra. Length was made to fit 5’1” height to include 1” heels and a hoop skirt. You could easily wear flats, a smaller hoop skirt, and accommodate a height of 5’2”-5’3”.
