Depending on the A.P.O. address it may or may not be possible to ship Parcel Post. I recommend Priority Flat Rate boxes for shipping to A.P.O addresses. International Shipping For International Shipping I use USPS First Class for items up to 4 lbs. For items over 4 lbs I use a Flat Rate Priority box in order and I will find the least expensive way to get it to you. Priority mailing has tracking capability but International First Class mailing does not have any tracking capability.
