Chest - Up to 36". Features: This is a military grade winter, cold, wet weather parka. Top quality, very durable, and very warm. Genuine military quality. Velcro and zippered pocket on the sleeve. Heavy duty fastening zipper with a button over zipper closure as well. Two front, chest, zippered pockets. Two large front velcro pockets. Two large internal pockets. Waist and bottom draw straps. Velcro adjustable wrist tighteners. Hidden, attached, hood, with a drawstring(hood is shown in the photo, this hood folds up into a pocket on the back collar of the jacket). Waterproof/resistant. Insulated for winter use. Condition: Good used condition. All zippers function. This coat has seen average use. No heavy wear, rips or holes. Great functionable condition. Note: This is a used item and there may be slight marks not described above. I do mention all noticeable heavy wear or damage, but there may be the odd stain mark or minor blemish as found with used military clothing. SHIPPING INFORMATION: CANADA: In most cases I will be shipping your item to you from Ontario, Canada using Canada Post. Occasionally I will ship your item first class airmail from the US using the USPS. UNITED STATES: I have recently changed my shipping strategy. I am located in Canada but I will now ship almost all items to the US and international using the USPS(United States Postal Service). Their prices are much better for US delivery and international. I am hoping you will enjoy the savings. I live an hour from the US, so delivery will not happen every day, more like delivery once a week, usually mid week. It will take me longer to get it to the post office, but the price is much better and delivery might even be faster as it does not have to go through international customs. I will be taking your packages directly into the US and through customs myself. Which means there will never be a duty charge. They will be shipped from Ogdensburgh, NY. They will either be shipped parcel post or priority. Canada Post charges about $16 for a 2.5lb parcel to be sent to the US, which is what I had to charge before. I can now send a 2.5lb parcel for only about $11.00. So there is some large savings for you in the shipping cost, in most cases about 30%, and this percentage goes up with the heavier the package. INTERNATIONAL: *****Your package will be sent airmail in most cases. I will be taking your package into the US and shipping it using the USPS. The USPS does not use surface delivery, only airmail. Canada Post uses surface delivery and airmail. The USPS price for airmail is just about the same as the cost for surface delivery using Canada Post, the difference is the delivery time. 8-12 business days from drop off using USPS, or 4-12 weeks using Canada Post. Also, once a package exceeds 2kg, the USPS airmail prices get even cheaper than Canada Post's surface prices. So the combined shipping rate for multiple items will be much cheaper than using Canada Post. *****In some cases I will offer you surface shipping out of Canada, since it is cheaper. But for the few extra dollars it will cost shipping it airmail, you will receive your package weeks(sometimes months) before surface delivery.
