All items are shipped in a white letter or yellow manilla envelope through USPS as regular mail (NO TRACKING) If you do not receive your decal within 2 weeks of being notified that your decal has been shipped, please contact us and we will happily resolve the problem. Please keep in mind USPS does tend to lose mail, so once your decal is shipped, it is no longer in our possession. How to apply:Clean the area thoroughly with a wet piece of paper and let it dry. Do not use a glass cleaner because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering well.Rub a squeegee or credit card firmly across the sticker through the clear transfer tape to prepare it for application. This ensures the sticker will cling to the transfer tape and removes any air bubbles that may have formed.Peel the white paper backing off the sticker. If the sticker clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.Apply decal onto the surface and rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card. Slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at an angle. Be careful not to pull the sticker off the surface. If sticker pulls away from the surface repeat Step 4.
