Description: MMC #1017:1963-D Jefferson Nickel Error coin. DDR-061, PR-61-R-II-C. There are 85 different DDR's for the 1963 Jefferson Nickel minted in Philadelphia. I've compared this coin to all of them and determined that it is the DDR-061. I know that it doesn't look like a proof coin, but it's been in circulation so long that it's lost it's proof appearance. This DDR is notable for doubling on E Pluribus Unum and States of American that increases from left to right. It also features doubling on the right edge of the building the Last O in Monticello and the S in Five Cents. I've tried to show that in the photos. The coin is in about VF condition. By the way, yes, as I most often do, I'm offering FREE SHIPPING!!!
