Description: 1880’s Bat Masterson cabinet card. Published by Lanier of San Francisco. Bat was an old west lawman. He was also a boxing referee and official. Bat was considered an authority on boxing. He attended almost every major boxing match from the 1890’s into the 1920’s. Card is a little less than 5 by 7 inch in size. Stains, toning and wear. Feel free to ask questions. This was bought at the same time as the Earp images I have listed. I bought up several San Francisco cabinets while putting in a big push on 19th century boxing. Most of the San Fran stuff came from the same seller unidentified. It took me awhile to make the Masterson and Earp’s ID’s.
